Chair of Theological Ethics

The Chair of Theological Ethics is responsible for the areas of moral theology and Christian social ethics in the teacher-training degree programs offered by the University of Passau. In addition, on behalf of the Department of Catholic Theology, it directs the master’s program in Charity Studies and Values-Based Management . Another special feature is the Institute for Applied Ethics in Business and Education. As a research center that focuses on normative questions in business and corporate ethics, as well as sustainable development, it fosters close connections with actors inside and outside the university.
