Laura Schmidt
I graduated from the University of Passau in 2019 with a bachelor's degree in media and communication and a qualification to teach Realschule. I undertook further teacher training in Catholic Theology and graduated with a Magister Theologiae from the Catholic Private University Linz (KU Linz) in 2022.
I joined the Department of Catholic Theology as a Research Associate in 2019 and have since worked for the Chair of Exegesis and Biblical Theology and the Chair of Church History and Christian Identities. Currently, I teach church history and am involved in the administration of the department. I have been a staff member in the Department of Theological Ethics since Spring 2022 and am working on my doctoral project in cooperation with KU Linz.
