Dr. Sina Grosskopf
Dr. Sina Grosskopf studied International Cultural and Business Studies (in Germany and Argentina), European Studies and Business Administration at the University of Passau. She finished her Ph.D. in Intercultural Management in 2023 at the University of Passau with summa cum laude on the development of potentials and the shaping of organizational routines by multicultural individuals in different organizational contexts. She has been a Research Associate at the Chair of Intercultural Communication (Chairholder Professor Christoph Barmeyer) for 5 years and is currently an Assistant Professor of International Management at the International University of Monaco in Monte-Carlo (Department for Management and Strategy).
She has (co-) authored several book chapters and published in peer-reviewed journals such as Journal of Global Mobility, International Journal of Cross Cultural Management, as well as Journal of Industrial and Business Economics. Sina researches and teaches throughout Europe (Italy, Spain, France, Austria, Turkey, Estonia), mainly on Constructive Intercultural Management, migrants as bicultural or multicultural individuals and their (creative) resources for organizations as employees, but also as entrepreneurs for their own organizations. Problem-solving strategies, diverse perspectives, but also the management of these skills including organizational development and change management are relevant. In addition, she focuses on the theory of science such as social science paradigms, reflexive research processes and grounded theory in its various interpretations. She is Secretary General of the International Association of Cross-Cultural Competence and Management (associated to the Vienna University of Economics and Business).

Dr. Madeleine Bausch
Dr. Madeleine Bausch is Assistant Professor of International Business at the Faculty for Economics and Business at University of Chile. She obtained her PhD with summa cum laude from the University of Passau (Germany) in Intercultural Management (2022). In research and teaching, she deals with international and cross-cultural management, and specialized on the transfer of organizational practices and knowledge, particularly between organizations operating in Germany and Latin America. In a current fondecyt project (Fondo Nacional de Desarrollo Científico y Tecnológico, Chilean National Research Fund, granted 2024-2027), she is exploring the role of culture in the internationalization of digital platform firms. Further topics of research concern creativity and innovation in multicultural workplaces, and qualitative methods. She holds a master’s degree in International Cultural and Business Studies from the University of Passau and Universidade Federal de Juiz de Fora (Brazil) and specialized on Romance linguistics and business studies during her bachelor’s degree at the University of Mannheim (Germany).
Madeleine has published in international journals such as International Business Review, International Journal of Cross Cultural Management and SAGE Open and authored several book chapters. Moreover, she has co-authored the textbook Constructive Intercultural Management (with Christoph Barmeyer and Ulrike Mayrhofer, 2021) and is author of the monograph Intercultural Transfer of Management Practices of German MNC to Brazil (2022).
She has been a visiting professor at Estonian Business School (Estonia) and has international teaching experience at the Turkish-German University (Turkey), Aix-Marseille Université (France) and University of Jyväskylä (Finland). She is member of the Academy of International Business (AIB) and European International Business Association (EIBA). Moreover, she is elected country representative for Chile of AIB-Latin American and Caribbean Chapter (2024-2027) and serves the board of GEM&L (Group Management & Language) as webinar and deputy scientific manager.
