The entry of a written examination or term paper grade by the Chair of Romance Literatures and Cultures is only possible if you have registered in HISQIS for examination. Please note the following:

• Registration in HISQIS with Prof. Dr Hartwig as examiner
• By the registration of examinations for undergraduate seminars: Written examination credits can only be taken into account as credits in the basic module. For credit transfers in the examination module, you have to produce a term paper.
• Participation in examinations for which you are not regularly registered is only possible under certain conditions. Students must get in contact with the Examinations Office immediately after a written examination they have completed conditionally to apply for subsequent registration.

If the examination code chosen by you is not assigned to the course in the Stud.IP, we ask you to please get in touch with the Chair office (sekretariat.hartwig@uni-passau.de).

You can ask for access to your examination document in the first week after beginning of the lecture period during the office hours in room 266 PHIL. Please contact the office in advance by e-mail, sekretariat.hartwig@uni-passau.de.

Students who want to obtain an examination credit in courses of the Chair during their Erasmus or Studium Generale study programme are requested to register in the secretariat (sekretariat.hartwig@uni-passau.de). Please specify

• Your matriculation number
• the title of your lecture and/or seminar
• the type of exam performance (written examination or term paper).

The registration should take place at least two weeks before the examination will take place.
