Intercultural learning workshop

Intercultural teamwork Strasbourg – Passau
winter semester 2009/10 in cooperation with the Ecole de Management/Université Robert Schuman.
It was an educationally very innovative and unique course with a European/international orientation. The Passau and Strasbourg students worked as virtual teams over distance on the task of creating a joint project work. This was followed by a face-to-face meeting in Strasbourg, which reflected not only on the content of the work, but also on the intercultural working process.
The aim was to provide students with the necessary skills for an internationally and increasingly virtual world of work in a practical way. The intercultural aspect was further emphasised by Strasbourg students who originate from a wide range of countries.
This multicultural course was funded by the German-French Youth Office and the Franco-Bavarian University Cooperation Centre.
